Get to know an exciting culture and region and enjoy the nature of Nepal. The journey starts in beautiful Kathmandu and continues over hills, through valleys, along rivers and into villages.

The first stop is Lumbini, near the border of India, where we visit Buddha's birthplace and Garden Maya Devi Temple. Here you will also have the opportunity to become better acquainted with some of Stromme Foundation’s projects in Nepal.

The journey continues on to Nepal's finest valley, Pokhara, and the Sarangot village, 1592 meters above sea level. We enjoy the sunrise and the spectacular views of the Himalayas. In addition, we go boating on Phewa Lake, and we visit the Tibetan camp Devi's Fall, Mountain Museum and Lakeside Market.

We finally travel back to Kathmandu, where we explore the city's many attractions and sights, such as Kathmandu Durbar Square, Jagannath Temple and Kasthamandap Temple. There are of course set aside some time for shopping, and for those of you who are interested, it is possible to take a trip by plane and experience Mt. Everest from the air.
